Paul joined the SojoFlight team with several years experience in sales, marketing, project management, product and vendor management. Paul is currently responsible for overseeing the growth of SojoFlight’s business development team. Paul is also excited to expand SojoFlight’s existing relationships and develop new partnerships throughout EMEA and the Americas. Before joining SojoFlight, Paul held various sales and business development positions within the aviation and travel technology sectors. Paul has a passion for all things aviation and firmly believes that SojoFlight can offer an exceptional experience for clients and industry partners alike.

Robert founded SojoFlight after more than 30 years in the business and private jet aviation sectors. His leadership skills have been forged by decades of managing flight departments in the USA, Asia and Europe. His passion for aviation began well before his career and it shows. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he continues to stay current in large cabin private jets as well as in small personal aircraft. He is enthusiastic to bring his worldwide connections to this new business and to build a quality brand based upon integrity and ethics. Cynthia joined the SojoFlight team with more than 20 years experience in executive leadership, operations, and quality management in both aviation and healthcare. She has spent the past 10 years sojourning the world from Jordan to Hong Kong to France. Her completion of the BSI ISO 9001:2015 Requirements and Implementation course and the FSI Safety Management Systems for Managers training prepared her to actualize rigorous quality and safety policies. Cynthia believes her role at SojoFlight is to create a solid foundation of excellence so that all of our services are unparalleled in the aviation industry.

Mary has been active in the Aviation Industry for 7 years. In 2014, she started as a Passenger Service Agent where she met and interacted with passengers and aviation operations. Her love for aviation has grown with time as she’s been able to step outside of her comfort zone. She started exploring different departments that led her to Flight Operations. What inspires her to choose this field are the challenges and the responsibilities given to her.

After years of providing excellence in Customer Service, I joined SoJoFlight. What I love the most in this company is the people who welcomed me with open arms. I am residing in the Philippines, and used my expertise in giving an over the top customer assistance and adding it with my knowledge in Aviation. I am responsible for the well being of the flight crew on their day to day operations.
